1964 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible

Transmission : Automatic

Mileage : 77715 km

Colour : Black

The 1960s was a great era for motoring and the Americans thinking bigger was better. Therefore, cars of the time were very large with great size V8 engines. The Impala was first introduced to the market in 1958 and the Impala name is still around today in its tenth generation with Chevrolet building modern cars.

Our Impala SS falls in the 3rd Generation and the SS (SPORT SPORT) was introduced in 1960. The SS badge became known as the signature of performance for Chevrolet. And this still stands true with this car today.
The car has undergone a transformation in its life to what you see today. A beauty metallic charcoal grey, and a sleek new drop top in black. For wheels she has been fitted with American Racing Wheel in 18 inches on the front and 20 inches in back. For your safety the brakes have been upgraded to disks on the front and a upgraded suspension parts too. Overall giving her a modern look but not detracting from the original design of beautiful lines on the car or its ride.

Once inside the cabin you are wrapped in black leather with every detail that has been placed just where is needed to give you and your passengers the luxury of cruising with the top up or down. The roof is electrically operated, saving you having to fight dropping the large roof manually.

Overall this is the Chev Impala SS and you are looking at one of the best convertible cruisers of the day, and still looks great on the road and at car shows.
Once you have driven her you will be hooked and wonder why you didn’t have car look this before….

Give us call if you would like to know more about the vehicle.
