1967 Volkswagen Beetle 1300

Transmission: Manual
Mileage : 836 miles
Colour : Cream

1967 VW Beetles are one of the most sought after cars for many air-cooled VW enthusiasts. 1968 was the first year for the padded dash and four lug wheels. 1969 was the first year for independent rear suspension, making them and later years a great choice.

The 1300 model was introduced in 1966 and brought with it an increase in power, rising by 25 percent. The 1966 Volkswagen Beetle was powered by a horizontally opposed, overhead-valve four-cylinder engine displacing 1285cc and fitted to a four-speed manual transmission.

The VW on offer is a glass out fully restored VW Beetle and she has a binder filled with all invoices pertaining to her restoration. When restoring the beetle they quite literally stripped her down to thousands of pieces to ensure no stone was left unturned. Majority of the parts of the vehicle was imported brand new, however the engine was reconditioned in 2010 on 89976km and she is currently on 1345km with her reconditioned engine. The exterior is a soft cream colour which in turn complements the vibrant red interior. She has all her original service records and instruction manuals which, for a 67 model is rare!

This is a great opportunity to own a classic that’s literally been given a whole new look on life!
