The ALFA GT Junior is one for the Iconic Alfa Romeo’s and is gaining interest by collectors in the last several years. Build as a small 2 door coupe sports cars it came with several different engines and were built in Italy, Portugal, and South Africa between 1963 and 1977.
The basic body shape and engine layout was shared across the GT range, been the 4 Cylinder Twin Cam engine and rear wheel drive. For those who know these cars they would also know that there were only 1000 convertibles made.
Our Alfa GT 1600 Junior is one of 14299 cars built between 1972 – 1976, and also the second lowest production car in the GT Range too.
Like all Alfa Romeo owners their cars are their passion and a love, which this car has had over the years, but she needs a new home. They Body solid and the two single head lights are striking and different as most GT had the 4 headlights. She needs some chrome work replaced but because of the following of these vehicles the spares are available around the world for them,
The Engine is a good runner and starts every time, first time. The gearbox feels good, as does the suspension,
The Black interior is in good condition and the only thing that need some TLC is the Steering wheel.
These GT Juniors have become ultra-collectable with values rising year on year.
