1975 Alfa Romeo Guilia (TIPO 115) 2.0 Spider Veloce

Transmission: Manual

Mileage: 71253km

Colour: Red

The Heritage of Alfa Romeo seems to go back as far as motoring history and the combustion engine. with a rich history of building some of the most beautiful cars and successful racing past, even making a return into Formula 1 in 2020. As the Spider design has a Heritage with Alfa Romeo and the Auto Styler Pininfarina that spans from 1966 to 1994 on the 105/115 Series. Basically, said there were 4 Generations of the Spider and revived in more current times the 916 Spider and Brera Spider

With our Spider, they kept it simple and a formula that has stood the test of time in all sports cars/ roadsters, Engine in the front gearbox attached to the engine and rear-wheel drive. The cabin only contains 2 seats between the axles and a low centre of gravity.

Alfa couldn’t go wrong using their successful 4 Cylinder, Twin cam engine design that has both torque and great power delivery with the twin side draft carbs.

Alfa’s have a unique feel and sound to them, and this restored (TIPO 115) 2.0 Spider Veloce doesn’t fail in this point. The restorer put hundreds of hours into building this nearly perfect example, from the metalwork to the correct colour red paintwork.

The interior has been completely revamped with black leather seats and the door cards recovered. The carpeting has been replaced and on the loose mats, the Alfa Romeo logo stitched into it them.

The steering from Nardi Torino is R10 000.00 option extra on the purchase of this beauty but not an item we would suggest removing as it completes the Interior.

With Alfa Spiders the item that is often forgotten in a restorations or to save money is the roof, but the example has a new one and with ease you can travel to open top motoring.

Mechanically this car is sound, the engine starts on 3 pumps and a little choke. The ride quality is superb and there are no niggles to think of.

The Beautiful 2.0 Spider Veloce Series 2 is looking for a new home and to give her new owners miles of joy as well as being a vehicle of value.

Are you looking to invest money into a collectable vehicle then this Alfa is on the rise and on your radar.
